Areas of focus will include literacy and numeracy, career exploration, Indigenous education, inquiry and project-based learning, with innovative and technological learning.
WELL-BEING AND BELONGING
Implement programs and strategies that will support student and staff health and wellness, and increase resilient systems for mental health.
Establish safe and caring school environments that focus on strong, inclusive, and respectful relationships and introduce appropriate inclusive educational practices from a holistic perspective.
EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING AND LEADERSHIP
Ensure school staff and leaders have the knowledge, skills, and tools to support achievement and well-being.
Build and strengthen school staff and leadership capacity by providing professional development in focused areas.
Support staff to initiate innovative practices that support student learning.
COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION
Ensure communities are informed participants in an effective public education system.
Provide opportunity for input through a collaborative process with students and all educational stakeholders.
