STRATEGIC PLAN 2023-2026
The Strategic Plan 2023-2026 addresses the Board’s four pillars and represents the Board’s commitment to its purpose, mission, vision, and values. The four pillars, High Quality Learning, Well-Being & Belonging, Excellence in Teaching & Leadership, and Communication & Collaboration, are the focal points of the Division over the next three years.
PRSD will continue to monitor and include Manitoba Education and Early Childhood Learning’s current priorities and any new provincial priorities/mandates and adjust the Strategic Plan accordingly to ensure that it is focusing on those priorities set by the Province of Manitoba.
The Strategic Plan will be reviewed annually by the Board of Trustees to ensure that the plan is responsive to any changes required.
