Application Process

Application forms are available online (below) or at the Division Board Office, 45 Main Street S. Carman MB between the hours of 8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday. Candidates may request that it be faxed or emailed to them. Candidates can submit a resume without an application provided all the information is included in the submitted resume. 

Interested candidates are requested to submit an application along with three references to:

Please note that the following are conditions of employment for all PRSD employees. 

• Satisfactory Criminal Records/Vulnerable Sector check - current within six months of original application date (available at your local RCMP detachment). Must be provided upon hire. Upon receipt from the RCMP, a PRSD Declaration form covers the interim period until this check is received.

• Satisfactory Child Abuse Registry check - current within six months of original application date (in-house form available by request from hr@prsdmb.ca or applicants can complete a self-check application directly from the Child Abuse Registry Unit website. Must be provided upon hire. Upon receipt from Child Abuse Registry Unit or submission of the in-house application, a PRSD Declaration form covers the interim period until this check is received.

• Pledge of Confidentiality (available on the PRSD website). Must be provided on or before start date. 

• Respect in School Training (Respect Group Inc website) - Must be provided on or before start date, renewal required every 4 years

• Accessibility Training - Online training module is provided in hire package/onboarding email or can be completed directly from Manitoba Accessibility Office

• Safety Orientation Training - Online training module is provided from the WHS Office to the employees PRSD email address following hire package/onboarding email

• Treaty Training - organized by the PRSD Indigenous Academic Achievement Leader
