Wellness checks to help address anxiety due to COVID-19. Via a phone call, you will have access to a counsellor who can help you look at coping tools and resources to help you and your family during this difficult time. We are encouraging those that are in isolation or are unable to have visitors to reach out for this service if they are feeling isolated or have anxiety.

This service will be provided for FREE. It will not be a counselling session but more of an information session. The counsellor can help you look at coping strategies during this time.
