To book the use of school facilities, community members must work directly with the school administration to complete the Community School Use Permit and schedule access. A divisional staff member must be present at all events occurring on school grounds and facilities.

Organizations and persons may book the PRSD Boardroom at no cost during regular office hours. PRSD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule external bookings with a 48-hour notice if divisional use of the Boardroom is required.
The Boardroom has a maximum occupancy of 50 persons, and seats 20 around the table comfortably.
Meal amenities include a coffee maker, dishwasher, sink, mini fridge, water dispenser, and microwave.
