PRSD recognizes that at times stakeholders will have concerns or complaints about divisional employees, courses or programs, and or school and divisional practices. When approached with a concern or complaint, PRSD staff and Board members will direct stakeholders along the appropriate process as per AP #108 - Public Concern Protocol. Every reasonable effort should be made to resolve concerns and complaints with the staff member(s) directly involved prior to going up the levels of supervision. PRSD expects staff to address and stakeholders to present concerns or complaints respectfully, with an attitude of understanding.
